When making dough and noodles, do not turn the crank in the opposite direction, otherwise, the machine parts will be damaged.
How to use:
1. Install the split part on the main body according to the slot.
2. Fix the noodle maker tightly on the edge of the dough cutting board.
3. Pull out the knob and turn it slightly to adjust the desired dough thickness.
4. Put a part of the prepared dough on the kneading roll, and then turn the crank to produce the dough.
5. Put the dough in the cutting attachment, then insert the crank into the selected hole, turn the crank to produce noodles (choose between two different noodle widths of 2/4.5mm).
6. Clean the bottom scraper under the roller in time after use.
